Ningo All Stars 0 : 1 GESA FC | A Great Way To Go Into Isolation From COVID-19

Ningo All Stars 0 : 1 GESA FC

What a spectacular way to take a football rest for COVID-19. We played against a team made of a group of professional, semi-professional and senior players of Great Ningo territory at the Abatakari Park of Old Ningo yesterday.

Enoch Sina Doleh scored the only goal, assisted by goal keeper Emmanuel Edward Azada, through a long range pass from the back.

Confidence Francis Larbi was the man of the match, after putting an incredible play making performance in the game.

Captain of the side, Nicodemus Abuah (Obiba) alongside left back Philip Maccarthy and Isaiah Doleh formed a formidable defense against the frontline of Ningo All Stars made up of star players like Raphael Bamfloe Mawube (Agama), a former striker for Prampram Uncle T United and now an Indian based professional footballer.

GESA’s young star and assistant captain for the U15 squad, Matthew Blebo also had his debut among the seniors with a great and aggressive performance before being substituted by his senior brother Daniel Blebo, who also brought in more fire to the game.

Great performances were also observed from other players like left forward Andrews Nartey, Wisdom Lawuvi (right forward), Emmanuel Narh (midfield) a.k.a Adowa and other unnamed players.

It was a tough game we gave them, and also a fantastic day to a take bow into isolation for protection from COVID-19. Stay safe everyone. See you on the calm side.
